**ATTENTION MEMBERS: FITNESS ON DEMAND CLASS UPDATE** There are several changes to the fitness class schedule we wanted to bring to your attention. Tuesday: The 6:15pm HIIT class will NOW be taught by Kim. Wednesday: KICKHIIT Boot Camp is a new class that will be taught by Angela at 5:30pm. KICK HIIT BOOT CAMP is a 45 minute class. KICKHIIT BOOT CAMP Description: Want to get two of your favorite classes in one? Then kickbox your way to a boot camp workout! This fun class allows you to get all the benefits from both styles by focusing on the two different disciplines during the same workout. This class will provide a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance while incorporating the interval component. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends as you kick, punch, jab, then run, jump, crunch, and push-up to a fitter you! Great way to maximize your time! YOGA: The Friday morning Yoga class taught by Kalee has moved to Thursdays at 11:30 am.
