ATTENTION PLEASE Im looking for a special group of people. A group of that would be willing to give up a couple hours each week. In return youd gain priceless friendships with some pretty awesome people. THE OBJECTIVE: Im looking for a group of people that would like to volunteer a little bit of their time going to some of our nursing homes in the community, talking and spending time with some of the elders. So often our elders, elder that help shape and form this country and/or played a vital role in our armed forces, are just dropped off and forgotten about or some dont have families at all. The stories you get to hear and the life lessons you get to learn from some of these people are priceless. Also, I was thinking, Id like to find a group by the end of November that would like to join and go sing them Christmas Carols? Something to bring a little bit of joy to their life.
