Address: Oregon Convention Center 777 NE Martin Luther King Junior Boulevard Portland, OR 97232 (503) 235-7575 oregoncc.org DATES /TIMES: Friday, October 11th : 3:00p.m.–9:00 p.m. Saturday, October 12th: Shift 1 8:15a.m.-2:30 p.m. Shift 2 2:15p.m.-8:00 p.m. Sunday, October 13th: Shift 1: 8:15a.m.-2:30 p.m. Shift 2: 2:15-9:00 p.m. / 9:30 p.m./10:00 p.m. Shift 3: 2:15-10:30 p.m. • Please list the shifts you are interested in working and if you are available for doubles please notify us! EVENT DETAILS: LEGO KidsFest offers LEGO lovers an exciting, three-day interactive experience, packed with activities and creative fun for the entire family. This event takes a person who is eager and ready to interact. You will be helping to disassemble LEGO structures and keep your station clean while maintaining a positive and engaging attitude throughout. REQUIREMENTS: -Must have reliable transportation -Must be kid friendly, comfortable working with children -Must be able to stand for long periods of time DRESS ATTIRE: -Yellow Lego KidsFest staff t-shirts (provided) -Black pants -Closed-toed shoes -No visible tattoos or piercings EVENT DETAILS: The staff will be required to participate in event set up on Thursday and from 11-3 on Friday. When the convention begins they will be greeting the consumers, maintaining the retail area, restocking and assisting on the sales floor. On Sunday the 13th after the convention ends the staff will be required to assist with the event tear down from 8pm-9:30pm. REQUIREMENTS: -Must be available for all days and times -Must have reliable transportation -Must be kid friendly, comfortable working with children -Must be able to stand for long periods of time -Experienced in Sales or retail/ Customer Service -Comfortable lifting some heavy materials and participating in setup and tear down DRESS ATTIRE: -Black polo or button up -Clean professional and fitted jeans, or Khakis -Closed-toed shoes (tennis shoes are recommended) -No visible tattoos or piercings PAY: $15.00 per hour * will reimburse up to $6.00 a day for parking only if receipt is provided!
