ATTENTION TEAMMATES: Im leading a beginner ride for some novice cyclists that are planning to race the Heel and Crank duathlon. Ill discuss road safety, hand signals, pedal stroke technique, and gearing, and then well go on a short ride. The best weather this weekend will be on Saturday morning, so well meet in the parking lot of the Flint River Greenway on Old Highway 431 just past the Cove Park ball fields in Hampton Cove at 11:00 AM tomorrow. The ride is also open to all FCA-E teammates, so please let me know if you plan to attend. Bring you bike, helmet, bike gloves (if you have them) and a water bottle. I expect the session and ride to be about 2 hours. Come and join us!!
