ATTENTION: Tri-County Broadcasting is seeking an individual for the position Traffic-Billing Coordinator for radio stations WBVI (Mix 96.7) and WFOB (Yahoo Sports Radio 1430). Required skills include: • Input & maintenance of all our sales contracts, continuity functions, including maintenance of database & scheduling of all copy. • Daily log formatting, generation, grooming, transfer & reconciliation • Revenue reporting, including daily and weekly audit reports. • Month end billing • Responsibility of all aspects of & creation for daily broadcast logs. • Complete affidavits for all syndication, network, & barter commercials requirements. • Fill in as needed in the TCB Business Office. Required Experience: • Minimum (1) year of Traffic experience preferred • High School Diploma; College preferred but not required. • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite and Skylla • Self-starter with drive & an ability to organize prioritize & clarify.
