ATTENTION! We are searching for a HELPDESK MANAGER! Great full-time opportunity for a Helpdesk Manager with our client in Uptown. In this role you will oversee a team of five Support Technicians supporting an enterprise level user base and multiple locations nationwide. You will be working in and supporting the 300 person headquarters in Dallas as part of that user base. You should have at least five years managing a helpdesk environment including coaching/mentoring, training and doing performance reviews. You should have strong expertise in desktop/laptop/mobile technologies and be able to be the senior escalation point on technical issues as well as oversee incident management. You should also be familiar with trouble ticket systems, call metrics and ITIL methodology. This is a high profile role with a truly great company that is growing rapidly and very stable.
