ATTN KARTERS: As some of you will know, my company Swiftek Engineering manufactures and distributes billet aluminium Pedal platforms like the one pictured here. On the weekend at Race of Stars I had a range of these in my trailer pitted with G Force Racing, next to Pacific Karts and opposite the Project X marque. Sometime during Saturday afternoon (most likely after our Cadet final, while we were watching the KZ2 final) some low life has decided to steal one of these units from my trailer which I had put aside as it was sold on the day. Please - if you see anyone or hear of anyone trying to sell a BLACK pedal platform like this one, contact me asap so I can notify the police. These are a relatively new item to the market, and come in a plain brown box, so I believe it would be someone who knows exactly what it is that has taken the opportunity. It is absolutely disgusting that there are thieves among our sport, and I will have no issue making sure they are dealt with accordingly, and that the club and KA are notified when I find out who it is. We dont need people like this in our sport.
