ATTN : NEWCASTLE House mate wanted. (No dickheads) Looking for a new house mate, my last house mate got a really cool job in Queensland which will probably set him and his career up for the rest of his life, but, like, what ever, amiright. Let me tell you a bit about the set up. Were a stones throw away from honeysuckle. But we dont throw rocks. We keep it civilized. Close to market town (aka: Compton) for all your shopping needs. Walking distance to all the hipster coffee shops like one penny black, welsh blacks and Saluna. And of course Darby street. Entrances to the building from Hunter and King street. Close to bars. (Winning) The uni hub and city library are only meters away. But no uni students. Im all for higher learning but I would prefer a roommate with an outside job. So you arent at home most of the week and travel often. Ultimately Im looking for someone who is quiet during movies and tv shows like GOT. Lets just put and end to needless noise. I have a 3D tv in the living room. I dont know how to use it. But it does make Tracey Grimshaw look rather appealing when Im watching a current affair. After a bit of ACA we can battle it out on my Nintendo 64 MarioCart (WHAT!!!!) I know right. I have the internets (included in rent) which is great for constantly downloading things off pirate bay, if it even exists anymore. A secure off street car space or place to park your fixie bicycle. (Included in rent) Youd get your own bathroom. Trust me, you dont want to share with me! Which brings me to my next point, Im a guy. I do guy things. For example, if a cooking pan has to sit for two or three days to soak then thats whats up. To counter my natural born dislike for household chores I have a cleaner that comes by once a week to fix it all. (Bathrooms, kitchen, living areas, balconys) the balcony has astro turf. FYI also included in the rent. The apartment is fully furnished to suit my tastes. Including the furniture in your to-be bedroom. So dont go getting all Feng shui on me. Usually most share housing has a common living area but I will need you to just go ahead and assume that the living room in my apartment is an extension of my own private and personal space. I clicked the box on Gumtree allowing cats and dogs, however you are to under no circumstances bring animals into my apartment. It was simply a ploy to cast a wider net on potential house mates. The apartment is a three bedroom dwelling. However I am only looking for one house mate to fill the second room. I use the third room as a guest bedroom for my (not yours) guests who stay over night. Potential housemates should expect to be subject to grilling from a panel of my piers to decide the best candidate for the room. Best you come prepared with an evening wear and talent. I will tell you absolutely nothing about myself. Please send pics.
