AUDITIONS TONIGHT!!!! for The Seven Year Itch By George Axelrod Director: Jenna Messina Audition Dates: Monday May 19th, 7:00- 10:00 Tuesday May 20th, 7:00- 10:00 Saturday, May 24th at 12pm (Callbacks) Location: The Cassidy Theatre, 6200 Pearl Road, Parma Hts, OH 44130 (In the Greenbrier Commons, behind the Police Station) Auditions will consist of cold readings from the script. *If you wish to audition but are not able to make it to the above dates, please contact director Jenna Messina at jennmess74@yahoo or 216-544-5802 to make alternate arrangements. *Bring a headshot and resume if available. * Rehearsals will begin June 16th and will be held 3-4 evenings each week. All actors will not be called for all rehearsals. **There will not be rehearsal July 1st - 6th** Show Info: The Seven Year Itch runs August 8th through August 24th, 2014. Performances are Fridays, and Saturdays at 8:00 pm and Sundays at 3:00 pm. Show Synopsis- Richard Sherman roams restlessly, bemoaning the fact that his wife of seven years, and their son, have just walked out on him. An accident at home nearly puts him out of his misery permanently. This jarring event has a strange effect on Richard. He now sees his marriage as wasted time and feels it necessary to exercise his libido as quickly as possible. Suddenly reborn, he invites the delectable doll who lives on the floor above down for an evening of temptation. A soul-struggle of heroic and hilarious proportions ensues.
