Tahamzam (Senapati)-795106 Manipur North East India Vision 20/B of 1980 The 7 DECLARATIONS FOR THE GLOBAL PEACE UNIVERSITY VISION 1980 The Year of Moral Civilization FREE from Corruption, Injustice and Immorality To, The HONORABLE Secretary General of the United Nations, the Rulers, Authorities and the Leaders, the Presidents, Kings, Prime Ministers, Chancellors, Governors, Chief Ministers and Others and all the Family members of the GPLO around the world for your information and necessary STEPS for the sake of GLOBAL CHANGE and PEACE please. SUBJECT: Reference to the Vision 20/B of 1980, the 7 DECLARATIONS for the Global Peace University. Sirs/Madams, ‘PEACE ON EARTH’ ALL things are done according to God’s Plan and decision; and God chose to be HIS own people in Union Jesus Christ because of HIS own purpose, based on what HE had decided from the very beginning (Ephesians 1:11). THE GLOBAL PEACE UNIVERSITY The Global Peace University will set up at Takmoilung Headquarters in POU MONGPAA Hill Tracts of Tahamzam (Senapati) District, Manipur, North East INDIA and will run to attain at the International Standard University without the restriction in participation with the International Community as a students, staff, member, partner, patron, donor, etc. around the world for quality education for Global change. The University shall have TWO systems of education like granting degree courses and Non-granting degree programs. The Non-granting programs such as Research, Peace Campaign, Preaching, Singing, Dancing, Teaching, Volunteer Social Services, Newspapers, Magazines, Internet, Telephones, Radio, TV, Cinemas, Dramas, Skits, Dialogue, Conference, Crusade, Counseling, Seminar, Workshop, Discussion, Sports, Games etc. The Non-granting degree program shall not have campus, students and faculty. Granting degree courses shall have campus, students and faculty. The University shall promote joint study and exchange of knowledge to bring and promote International Peace and Security free from corruption, Injustice and Immorality and solve the problems. It organizes and co-ordinate, Research, Training and information services worldwide. It shall have areas of Interest – Quality education for change, Unemployment Crisis, World Hunger, Volunteer Social Services, Development, maintaining equal living and equal respect, Alternative product of food items besides RICE and use management for natural resources and maintain heritage and ancient boundary. The University chooses its own program and the institutions and individual through it works. It shall receive of its FUNDS from a Permanent ENDOWMENT established in membership, partnership, Donors, Patrons, investors with Individuals, Institutions, Churches, NGOs, the Government from both the National and International by charity contribution to this Non-Profit Global Project from the members of the GLPLO around the world. TAKMOILUNG HEADQUARTERS DECLARATION (ON INDIAN INDEPENDENCE DAY OF AUGUST 15, 2014) 1. DECLARED, the proposed Global Peace University will run to attain and maintain at the International Standard University without the Restriction in Participation with the International Community such as a Student, Staff, Member, Patron, Donor, Partner, investor etc. around the world as per direction and revelation of God against the Vision 20 of 1980 including the UNITED NATIONS as a PARTNER for quality education and Global change. And, DECLARED, the University shall have TWO systems of Education like granting Degree courses and Non-granting Degree programs. 2. DECLARED, the University shall have its own programs along with the TOWN of TAKMOILUNG HEADQUARTERS as MASTER PLAN City as GLOBAL PEACE HILL CITY, Global Peace Bank, Global Peace Hospital Cum Medical Education and its research center for professional, Global Peace Volunteer Services, Global Peace Media of FM Radio, TV, Daily NEWS Papers, Magazines, and OTHERS, Global Peace Police Cum Labor Force, Global Peace Court of Justice etc. 3. DECLARED, the NEWLY proposed Founding, Permanent and the Primary members Countries of the University will be informed for their co-operation and participation for the newly proposed University with Takmoilung Headquarters of the GLPLO for the welfare of all MANKIND as a WHOLE. DECLARED, all proposed member countries of the University may obtain an acknowledgement from the UN for their FREE movement, participation and investment for this Non-Profit Global Project of the University if necessary for their future reference. 4. DECLARED, the Global Peace Court of JUSTICE with TAKMOILUNG Headquarters shall ‘SET UP’ one GLOBAL, NATIONAL and STATE Courts of God and People EACH at TAKMOILUNG HEADQUARTERS. And DECLARED, NATIONAL and STATE Courts of God and NATIONAL, STATE, DISTRICT, CITY/TOWN and VILLAGE Courts of PEOPLE shall be ‘SET UP’ WHENEVER the need ARISES at any TIME, ANYWHERE, where the GPLO member existed. And also DECLARED, ALL Christians around the world can/may claim to be a member of the GPLO besides, NON-CHRISTIANS who loves PEACE , JUSTICE ,ONENESS and GOOD MORALITY. 5. DECLARED, the University will accept membership from the willing NGOs and Individuals both the National and International for the welfare of all mankind as a WHOLE and Global Change for EQUAL LIVING and EQUAL RESPECT. And DECLARED, to appoint more Senior Consultants from the experienced social workers, Senior Advisors cum Prayer partners from the experienced Servants of God, Ambassadors FOR PEACE from YOUTHS, Presidents for Continents, National, States, Districts, City/village and OTHERS who concern for PEACE, LOVE and ONENESS of all mankind as a WHOLE around the world. 6. DECLARED, the Global Peace GPLO will approach to the UN for her co-operation and participation as a PARTNER for the newly proposed University along with Global Peace Hill City, Global Peace Bank, Global Peace Hospital cum Medical education and its Research Center for professional, Global Peace Police Cum Labor Force, Global Peace Volunteers with Takmoilung Headquarters in POU MONGPAA Hill Tracts of Tahamzam (Senapati) District, Manipur, North East INDIA whenever the need arises such as acknowledgement, Strategy, Infrastructures, Architectures, Skill Technicians, Security, Finance and Others for the welfare of all MANKIND as a WHOLE and Global Change for this Non-Profit Global Project. 7. DECLARED, to approach the President and the Prime Minister of INDIA for their co-operation and participation for the NEWLY proposed UNIVERSITY along with the TOWN of TAKMOILUNG HEADQUARTERS as MASTER PLAN CITY as Global Peace Hill City and ASK them to CONTROL the concerned AUTHORITIES and the RULERS and to STOP harassing, chasing and making a secret PLAN to attack the workers of the Global Peace GPLO, disconnecting the Internet, Telephone and Power lines, threatening, banning and Blockading the financial supporters, cash flows in and BLOCKADING Development WORKS and OTHERS in the midst of HARDSHIP, DIFFICULTIES and STARVATION of the workers ,throwing THEM away the Postal letters after they read them, misbehaving and mismanagement in dealing the Banking accounts, seizing the passport of the PRESIDENT, speaking SLANDARD and spreading so many LIES about the Global Peace GPLOand its WORKERS around the world and BREAKING UP the spirit of TEAM UNITY and its ORGANIZATION by giving LURE and OPPORTUNITIES which is ILLIGAL for the welfare of all MANKIND as a WHOLE and Global Change for EQUAL LIVING;EQUAL RESPECT and EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES to maintain “PEACE and SECURITY”. TWO RESOLUTIONS 1. RESOLVED to set up its own MIRCROWAVE and FM Radio of the University with Takmoilung Headquarters for Smooth running of the Global Peace Campaign for Global change and resolved to approach the Prime Minister of INDIA for the said projects and needs because our Telecom media in Tahamzam (Senapati) District, Manipur is totally depend on OFC (Optical Fabre Cable) where is frequent cut off OFC Cable by PWD (Public Work Department) workers, landslides, Forest Fire and sometime by Unknown miscreants. So, we need a good back up media like MICROWAVE (Or other digital MICRO etc.) so that Telecom Services may work uninterrupted. And resolved to approach to the USA or the UK or the Japan if the government of INDIA fails due to the shortage of FUND. 2. RESOLVED TAYLOR SWIFT as the Global Convener Cum Spokesperson & Justice of the Global Peace GPLO to look into the matters prayerfully and MEET the NEWLY proposed FOUNDING MEMBERS and the UNITED NATIONS authority in particular and take the necessary STEPS if POSSIBLE for the welfare of ALL and God’s glory.
