AUSSIE LAWS AND YOUR BIRTH CERTIFICATE. Stay away from OPPT.. We truly do not appreciate being called a no-nothing dick head - not by any person/s group or body.... THERE HAS BEEN TOO MUCH MENTIONED ABOUT the criminals behind OPPT and the UCC of which we personally have no interest in. However, It raised a point of which we Aussies cannot ignored. THIS POINT AND FACT has been verified by a Police officer in NSW.... 1. Go and get your birth certificate and open them up............ Look under “Name of child”. THERE LAYS ‘YOUR NAME/S’ AND THE ONLY NAMES YOU LEGALLY CAN USE. You personally have been given only Christian names to use. IT IS RIGHT THERE BEFORE YOU. 2. By LAW you cannot assume any other person’s name (identity) not even your fathers nor your mums. (as verified by Police) because You maybe using the assumed name for illegal purposes. Ie; to COMMIT A CRIME. Stop there; a police officer has just pulled you up. You have to stand before a court. You purchase credit. You pay Mortgage power etc....ILLEGALLY BY USING SOMEONES SURNAME. You are committing offenses each time you use someone else’s name. It is worse for a female because she marries and assumes her husband’s last name illegally. No one can predict whether she will not commit a crime Ie; they have an argument and she murders him. She is committing fraud by using his name on her credit card..... etc a. Why is your mother’s name not used as your last name? Because it keeps changing. They can loose track of it by marriage etc.... b. Your father’s name remains the same unless of course for some reason he changes it by dipole. This is extremely rare. FACT: For whatever reason, they are FORCING YOU to assume someone else’s identity. That of course is illegal. Verified. They may claim that the CHRISTIAN NAMES used for the ‘CHILDS NAME ‘ WOULD BE TOO MANY TO TRACE AND IDENTIFY. Ie; How many John Gordon’s are there in the world. Our argument therefore is - The CHILDS NAME has been issued against a REGISTERED NUMBER by a registrar. LOOK FOR THE NUMBERS..... NOW WHAT IS YOUR BIRTHDAY? Usually seen on the left hand side of your birth certificate. Is that not the date you have been celebrating your actual birth date? Mm Huh... OK – now look on the right hand side of your birth certificate and look for the date of REGISTRATION of the child.......it is usually about 5 – 7 days after actual delivery by your mum. WHAT IS THE ACTUAL DATE OF YOUR BIRTHDAY AGAIN? The date your mother gave birth or the higher – the date you were registered (as a thing in the world) by the registrar More interesting was thus: The same police officer asked to see my driver’s licence AFTER SHE VERIFIED IT HAD BEEN FRAUDELENTLY RAISED BY VIC ROADS AND ROADS AND MARITIME SERVICES etc....She has just committed her first offence. She uses that illegal driver licence showing clearly – and with her knowledge of fraudulent issue – to record a criminal offence against the assumed name. I have used my father’s identity to commit a crime with the police knowledge and acceptance. (verified) That is her second criminal offence ie; aiding and abetting fraud and criminal activities. YOU NEED TO KNOW WHERE THE CHILDS NAME WAS "REGISTERED"..... (a) in the place and town/city you were healded into the world (b) on the American Stock Exchange as a commodity to Trade for our corporations.
