AUTHORIAL LEGENDS – Career Post These are the Fantasy/Myth Writers who have had the most Influence on me over time. They have influenced not only the way in which I look at the genres of Fantasy and Myth (to be honest I am far less the fan of fantasy, than of Myth, Legend, Folklore, and Fairy Tales) but have greatly influenced my own fantasy and Myth writings. I owe them a debt for their actual works, but also for the way they approached their work and their subject materials. From these authors and their works I have learned a great deal indeed about good and great Myth and fantasy. I list them in alphabetical order (at least as Microsoft perceives it) so as not to exaggerate or diminish the influence of those most important to me, but to rank them simply as important influences all.
