AUTOMOBILE/PEDESTRIAN HIT AND RUN COLLISION DATE: June 30, 2013 LOCATION: 100-Blk W. Calaveras Bl. (Calaveras Overpass) CASE #: 13-181-022 SUSPECT: Unknown SUSPECT VEHICLE: 2005-2006 Acura RSX, blue or black in color, front bumper/front end damage, shattered windshield, missing a fog lamp cover VICTIM: 24 year old male, San Jose Resident On June 30, 2013, at 2:21 A.M., a Milpitas Police Department officer located a male subject down in the center median between the eastbound and westbound lanes of the Calaveras Overpass west of S. Milpitas Blvd. Officers determined the male subject had been struck by a vehicle. A witness informed officers the vehicle was last seen driving away eastbound on E. Calaveras Blvd. The victim sustained injuries as a result of the traffic collision and was transported by paramedics to a local hospital.
