BBBR Dog Trainer Dan reports: Jett knows all his basic commands and does great in the house. Jett recently learned to jump up in the air when I raise my hands in the air and say jump. He loves it! Jett gets along great with Kenshin, my 16 pound Chihuahua Terrier mix. He is very relaxed around him and are well socialized around other dogs. No kitties for this boy. WITH A LITTLE MORE WORK HE WILL BE FULLY TRAINED AND RESPOND TO ALL COMMANDS EVEN ON A BUSY STREET. HE KNOWS SIT, STAY, HEEL, DOWN, FREE, CHECK, COME AND GIVE. HE WILL WAIT FOR HIS FOOD BY SITTING DOWN AND LOOKING INTO YOUR EYES FOR APPROVAL BEFORE HE EATS. JETTS RECALL IS GETTING BETTER. PREVIOUS TRAINING NOTES: ONCE HE GETS SOME ENERGY OUT HE LOVES TO JUST LOUNGE AROUND AND SNUGGLE. HE WOULD MAKE A GREAT RUNNING OR JOGGING PARTNERS. GOING ON A WALK IS PROBABLY THE HIGHLIGHT OF HIS DAY. THEY LOVE TO EXPLORE, SNIFF, AND JUST MOVE FORWARD. Jett is a super smart dog. He always sits when I tell him to and he looks into my eyes. Jett is learning down. He always goes down and stays in position but sometimes he needs a few reminders. Jett heels great if there are no distractions. He gets very excited if he sees small animals on walks and I will work on keeping his attention. Jett is excellent at stay.
