DUTIES: To coordinate the Entrepreneurship, Job Preparations, Life skills, Career Guidance and Business Counseling activities of the NPO/YDC in accordance with the NPO project cycle, NPO’s minimum programme standards and tools. And the provision of the NPO’s services level agreement. Work also organizing, impacting, monitoring, evaluating and reporting about the activities. 2. ADMIN CLERK (2) Requirements: Grade 12 Certificate plus Computer literate, Skills” Writing skills, Communication Skills: Verbal and written communication. Creativity: Open-minded. Innovative. Management of all communication systems within the administration function to ensure effective communication and interpretation between all stakeholders. 2. Management of all document administration, hereby ensuring effective monitoring and control of all documentation. 3. Responsible for the administration of the logistical arrangements to ensure smooth management of operations. 4. Responsible for administration of petty cash and serve as financial clerk.
