AVIS de NON IMPOSITION Document on the French side of St Martin. - TopicsExpress

AVIS de NON IMPOSITION Document on the French side of St Martin. The document is important for all administrations. The government of St Martin demands a payment of CASH ONLY of 100 euros be paid in order to obtain the normally free document: Avis de Non Imposition. If I was on Guadeloupe or in France it would be free. Here on Saint Martin they demand a payment of 100 euros CASH in order to receive the document. Its like being held hostage. I desperately need my medications. I have not been able to visit the cardiologist nor receive the required blood tests. I have aortic diilatation, hypertension ( it was 160/120 over an extended period which caused the damage to my heart)) and arrythmias and aortic regurgitation. I have an attestation from the cardiologist that I require regular treatments and monitoring. They do not care at all on Saint Martin. I am almost 62 years old and the single mother of two French children. My two children require dental treatments and have not had a check up since last year. The social security of Guadeloupe and St Martin refuse to renew my CMU assurance I need as a result of low income as I have been told I am too old to be employed. I have a degree in Pharmacy but they will not recognise my degree. I have been told to my face I am too old to be employed I have a part time job. I am solely responsible for two children abandoned by all French social services as well as French judicial services and abandoned by their father since birth. He has been twice condemned with the delit of Abandon de Famille. However the court system here had issued judgments but the Huissiers in Baie Nettle and in Guadeloupe refuse to execute the judgments and collect the money due to me. Serious heart disease caused by the extreme stress here since the illegal violent eviction and theft and destruction of all our valuables and possessions. By registered letter I paid 5euros 38cts 1A 088 494 3981 4 05 Nov 2013 received 07 Nov 2013 and enclosed copies ( paid 9 euros for documents). The Security Sociale CGSS in Guadeloupe refused to renew the demand and returned only some of my documents. They kept originals. By registered letter LRAR 1A 092 671 3505 0 sent 31/12/2013 and they received 12 Jan 2014 and returned immediately to me. I paid 6 euros 38 cts for the registered letter and 9 euros 38 cts for photocopies. This morning I was asked to get my 18 year old daughter to sign a document that she lives with me. BOTH daughters have ONLY lived with me and NEVER with their father but he uses three false attestations that they have lived with him. The Mairie of Saint Martin gave him a Livret de famille 21 May 1999 without my name in it so he looks like he cares for my daughters. He and his lawyer as well as the marshall have lied to the Court of Appeal that the Livret de famille never ever existed. The justice system here refuses to assist to act against those lies. The Social security office of Saint Martiin for five years refused to give me a number. They paid my medical refunds to the father of my children who never paid one centime in medical expenses. I only and alone paid everything for my children. I have not had any contact at all for so many years with him. The social security St Martin have given him my two children on his cards. He has benefited financially using my children. I have tried to make official police complaints against him at the gendarmerie Saint Martin but they have been refused or not processed. I also have statements where the dates have been altered. This morning again 12 March 2014 for the third time the Social Security Saint Martin refused to renew the CMU for me and my children without giving them the Avis de Non Imposition, the document free in the rest of France except St Martin. They again asked me and my daughters to sign that my daughters live with me. My two children have ONLY ever lived with me. The man who made my children has never lived with me nor us. My two daughters now have to suffer even more. Should I have a heart attack or stroke I have told my children who is responsible.
