AVOCADO MOISTURIZING HAIR : The natural oils in Avocado make an excellent moisturizing treatment for dry hair. You will need two things only yes only TWO! 1 large Avocado 1 tablespoon honey Mash the Avocado into a smooth puree and stir in the Honey. Dampen your hair with warm water and massage the Avocado mixture into the hair. Cover with plastic shower cap/ cling wrap and leave for 30 mins . Rinse well and shampoo. How easy is that :)
