AVOCADO SALAD DRESSING OR SANDWICH SPREAD This is fantastic on a chicken or turkey sandwich in place of mayo. 1 Avocado Juice from 1 lemon or 2 Tbsp lemon juice 1 Tbsp Olive Oil 1 tsp honey 3 Tbsp water 1 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar ½ tsp garlic powder ¼ tsp salt Pinch of pepper 1 tsp. Dijon type mustard ½ tsp cumin Toss all ingredients in food processor or blender.
