Designation : AVP- Finance Change & Re-engineering ( Global Bank) Job Description : Job Description As a part of migration of value added work they are looking for an experienced professional to identify areas of improvement and implement six sigma projects across different financial processes. Focus would be on driving high impact business process re-engineering (BPR) / transformation projects focusing on Automation of finance processes & streamlining operations and increasing efficiency across different finance processes. You will have worked on Intelimatch platform. Desired Profile: The Successful Applicant MBA with minimum 10 years of relevant experience in processing re-engineering and change management in Finance functions only Prior experience of driving high impact finance change projects across AP,AR,GL, Reporting , etc Successful track record of manging senior stakeholders in an international environment. Excellent interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. Worked on financial automation projects PMP or Prince 2 would be an added advantage Extensive project initiation and business analysis experience. Successful track record of executing large cross-border projects.
