AVP-Cash and Trade Operations Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Job Description: •Manage day to day operations in Trade Operations •Apply strong knowledge in Trade Finance on day to day processing including but not limited to Letter of Credit and Guarantee text review/approval, documents examination, and client advisory •Perform all Trade Finance related system booking •Perform control checks, balance sheet substantiation and reconciliations, as required including preparation of SAMA required reports •Provide client services and respond to inquiries on a timely basis •Produce and maintain GBS MIS •Maintenance, development and review of KOPs •Participation as required in UAT including working with off-shore testing teams, new product approvals and other projects •Provide ad-hoc support to other divisional areas •Support Cash Operations •Support other GBS areas Desired Profile: •University Graduate •The candidate must have sound operations and control risk knowledge. •Experience in managing Trade Finance Operations is essential. •The candidate is expected to be hands-on and has very good experience in the areas of Letter of Credits, Guarantees, Trade related financing, and client advisory services. •Strong Trade Finance experience mandatory •Thorough knowledge of UCP 600, ISBP 98, UCC 522 and URDG 758 •Strong communication skills •Be able to understand and implement regulations, banks policies and procedures. •Team Player and Culturally Sensitive •Working in a diverse cultural backgrounds •Reliability and integrity •Be flexible to travel within MENA region, if required
