Learn ART OF REAL LIVING through AWAKENING to achieve divine goal. Second component is glory of good company. As Kalpavrksa, divine tree, fulfils all desires similary good company enables us to attain all the four objectives -- riches (arth), duty (dharm), desire (kama) and salavation (moksa) of human life. The questions arises whether we can get riches by good company. The answer is that we get expectional riches by good company because while the worldly riches awaken ambition to attain materialistic world, but the good company roots it out and we have no desire for riches. This happens due to the positive effects of real knowledge attained through good company of saints and spiritual knowledge seekers. As the bath in Ganges (holy river) removes sins, light of moon removes heat and kalpavrksa, the divine tree, removes poverty whereas good company removes all the three -- sins, heat (pains), poverty at the same time. The good company removes desires and burning sensation of the heart. So it is said that the man who has renounced his desires is the king of kings. Because the desires awake daily with new ambitions and to fufil them one would have to run like hungry beggar ruthlessly in mirage. As the desires has no stopage, one should always try to meet out needs. Whatever is lotted, can not be blotted. Therefore why should you think of fulfilling desires. Good company is an art to cross the worldly ocean of distresses in the same way a drowning man catches straw. In the good company we get good ideas again and again to put a fullstop on desires. In the discipline of real kmowledge (gayan yoga) it is mentioned that you yourself are full of real, stable and eternal wealth of satisfaction. Satisfaction is above all new born desires. Therefore why do you have a desire for unreal worldly wealth? Good company enables you to behold the real God. In good company we get spiritual discoures, understanding, thinking and discussions. We get good company by the grace of God. It is the key to gods treasure. As parents give key of their worldly treasure to most loving son, similarly god gives the key of his treasure to saints and exalted souls. When we get we good company it means that god has a special consideration for us to enable us to realize Him. Therefore have good company, adoration and constant remembrance of god. If we have good company by accepting the presence of god everywhere and have the affinity that he is ours and we are his, we may attain the supreme bliss. Good company is a kalpavrksa to root out the sins of infinite births. As soon as we start moving towards the real, the unreal perishes. This good company removes stupidity, purifies intellect and enable us to realize God. A great sage Tulsidas writes in Ramcharitmanas -- by taking bath in the stream of good company of saints one gets instant result, a crow turnsninto cuckoo and a heron turns into a swan. Good company does not changes the colour but it changes the manners and behavi. Good company changes the conduct of a man. If the conduct does not change, it means that either you do have good company or you do not have interest in it. Love god and saints without having any desire. Have a liking for god only because he is ours in the same way as a child thinks its mother as its own and likes her. If uoinask a child, why do you have a liking for her? The child will reply, i have a liking for her because she is mine. Good company means to have affinity with real God. So it is good to be the child of god rather than a wise man. Because the child feel relax in the lap of mother and mentally leaves all carefulness about him as he has surrendered himself to his mother to take care. This is the mental dependance which one retains practising real knowledge in good company of saints and exalted souls.
