But even still, this book has some awesome, healthy recipes for different jellies from stuff around your house. Corn Cobb jelly? Dandelion Jelly...crab apple jelly (I remember that one from childhood.). Impoverished or not, this is a great cookbook. The recipes are easy to follow and the author suggests healthy, non-gmo and other healthier alternatives. Everything about this cookbook pleases me. We have been choosing a much healthier lifestyle and this fits right in. I have it in the kindle version, but a print copy in my opinion would make an excellent gift. The name is catchy and cool while the content is definitely useful. I dont know if it is in hard print yet, but is really hope they take it there. Either way, if you are into making jellies and jams and want some interesting, healthy and inexpensive options, this book is spectacular. ow.ly/w29CP
