AWESOME progress!! Roberts g-tube drainage was NOT green for the first time. Morgans ostomy output is starting to look like REAL poop. Roberts ostomy output has decreased in volume to an acceptable amount. And to celebrate all of their improvements, theyre now allowed to eat 15cc 4 times per day instead of only 3 AND we can try clamping their g-tubes overnight!! Robert moves around so much that the past two mornings he has woken up COVERED in (essentially) puke. COVERED. The worst thing that will happen from leaving his g-tube capped overnight is that he will wake up covered in *real* puke. The goal for next week is to begin continuous tube feedings through the g-tube. We have the most amazing little medical miracles ever!
