AZ, NV friends from Patty ONeill Halverson I am reaching out to see if any of you know of someone who might be interested in this boy. He is 1.5 yrs, neutered, UTD on shots. Bearded Collie mix. An older couple in Kingman AZ rescued him from the shelter and they cannot handle him. We went down there on Saturday and I took the attached video. He is a nice dog, but really a puppy who has had no training. He is confined in this small mobile home with no fenced yard (no wonder he is ditzy). The man is not well and Samson nips at pant legs and shirt sleeves trying to get attention. He needs someone who can devote time to training him. He does know how to sit and tries to please. He gets along fine with their elder poodle and is not food aggressive. He is overweight I think. He has a taupe nose and light eyes. His coat is about 4 long. The ends are very reddish brown and the coat under is taupe or silver, and pretty soft. Who knows if he has ever been shaved down. They have had him since August. They really love this dog but know they cannot do right by him and are desperate to find a home and not return him to the shelter. They are more than willing to help with his transport. And these folks dont have much. The area you see in the video is their entire living room.
