Ubuhle Buka Zioni is looking for 40 Singers/Choristers to form part of the AZMA 2013 Backing vocalists/singers/choir for the opening ceremony. We are looking for all the parts; - Soprano - Alto - Backing Alto - Tenor - Backing Tenors & - Bass REQUIREMENTS - Everyone is welcome to form part of this, from any Zion church and any province - Must be able to sing well and also can adapt to any Zion style (Traditional, Skhalanga, Choral, Classic & Isihlabelelo) - Must be able to attend the 3 rehearsals scheduled in Johannesburg, last 2 will be at the venue on the 18th and 19th of October (day before awards and also morning of the awards) - You will be able to attend the actual awards - Must between the ages of 18 and 35 years - Male and Female all welcome DUTIES - Will be required to perform with different leaders during the opening ceremony - Performance with the Worship team and also - During the Tribute ceremony honouring amaqhawe namaqhawekazi asishiyile UNIFORM - If you make the choir you will be required to have a white uniform with your church colour shirt - Cleanliness is a must PERKS - UBZ will provide you with a free entry ticket to the awards - You will be catered for during the event IF YOU ARE INTERESTED Please send us your name, church, area you from and the part you sing to; Sifiso Twala 072 809 8671 or Pst SS-Stan Shongwe 072 291 5529 ENTRIES OPEN TILL 13 SEPTEMBER 2013 AT NOON (12PM) AND IT IS STRICTLY FIRST COME FIRST SERVE!!
