Aaliyah is home from the hospital. Well....at least for a few days. She will return Thursday for another 5 day round of chemotherapy. These rounds wear her out, poor baby. I am thankful she is responding well to the meds. Like most parents watching thier child go through this battle I wish there were an easier way :( It is hard to watch her struggle for strength and continually not feel well. November 19th marks the day she will begin proton therapy. This will involve 6 straight weeks of nonstop treatment and will surely wear her out. We will be driving back and forth to downtown Jax daily for 6 weeks unless she is in the hospital for her chemo cycle. Please pray for her strength and continued healing. The next 2 months will be really rough. Please share and request continued prayers. Our lord is most definitely listening! Feel free to leave her a message of encouragement.
