Ab challenge day 3 - 25 situps, 10 crunches, 10 legs raises and 15 seconds plank. Here are some tips for you- Sits ups may be best done by anchoring your toes under the end of the bed, or get someone to sit on them! Crunches are a smaller version of the full sit up, you can have your hands across your chest (harder) or out in front of you (easier) For the plank, put yourself near a mirror so you can check that you have a nice flat back and your bottom is not in the air, your arms can be straight or bent. The leg raises are more gentle on your back if you put your hands under your pelvis and bring your legs up and down slightly bent. See you soon and keep us posted how its going!
