Ab crunches with hip kip to the sky . Can do this on the bench or on the floor . Its a bit harder on the floor but PT Din seems to be bringing everything up a notch today . Maybe its because hes going on leave next week . Takut kita slack when hes away :( Need to keep leg straight up in the sky & try not to point feet too much towards the head . Lepas tu angkat bontot , hehe . 20 reps , 3 sets .
