Ab training !! leg raises on a bench with a small Swiss ball ➖ if you want to build thicker pronounced abs then training with heavy weight against resistance will help growth and development. ➖ if you want to help strengthen and tighten then training abs with SOME weight and resistance, but incorporate body weight style exercises will assist in this area. ▪️ for bikini competing , and my choice of training styles specific to my goals; I like to train abs with less added weight.
