Ab workout!!! ⚡️top video: in a low plank, drop your hips side to side without touching the floor. 1 minute ⚡️bottom left: reach for your ankles on each side 1 minute ⚡️bottom right: keeping your legs straight, drop them from side to side at a 45 degree angle. Dont go to far down or stay up too high! 1 minute ⚡️sprint for 1 minute in between each workout! 5 minutes goes by quick!!!
