Abad’s Call Poem for Abad By Carlo G. Soldevilla Written on July 11, 2014 Each Filipino citizen has the right to resign, The decision is his (Abad), not mine. Whether you’re in power to accept it or not, The desire or purpose is there, simply why not (accept the resignation)? When Abad resigns, will he be like a bee? Spreading pollination to each flower and each tree Or his act might pose some danger- like a boat that almost capsizes ..That makes one decide for Abad to stay.., each party mate realizes… If it’s Abad’s call or conviction, no one can dictate him what to do. Maybe in his life he has some realization about some good things to do. If his sisters had to paint his life, how well it should appear or look? An abstract?, real?, a surreal?, a diaphanous, or like farmer women who plant and cook?
