Abib 15 Passover error outline I find it Highly suspect that – Those that will uphold a 15th Passover do so by opinion of snippets of ill-researched and mismatched scripture. But resiliently resist actually outlining the timeline of events of Ex.12, Num 33:3, Lev 23:5 and Deut 16: 1 in proper chronological sequence. Ok since none of you will outline a summary of the events of Passover; as you see it on Abib 15 – I will; to show you the impossibility of that errant assertion. 1st off – you errantly clam that ‘between the evens’ means – noon to 3pm and 3pm to 6pm. This is where you get the idea that the lamb was killed on Abib 14th afternoon – Readied for the Passover meal on Abib 15. The lamb would be roasted and the blood applied to the door-posts to be ready for the Midnite passing of the Death Angel (on the 15th?). They were to stay in their houses till morning (still the 15th). Then they get the command to leave (still the 15th). They looted the Egyptians (still the 15th). They readied themselves by clans/armies (still the 15th) – Then left by night as it was turning to the 16th? This all appears to work except for; it is not by Torah (the 1st 5 books of Moses); its a day too late – and does not fit the evidence of Ex.12:6; 14, Deut 16:1, Num 33:3 and Lev.23:5 – Since none of you will outline a summary of the events of Passover; as you see it on Abib 15 this is the best I can come up with. Abib 14 by Torah is Passover; Ex.12:6; 14, Deut 16:1, Num 33:3 and Lev.23:5 1] Lev 23:5 “In the fourteenth day of the first month at even is YHWH’s passover.” A Genesis day is even to even or sunset to sunset; ‘at even’ would then be the coming night start of the 14th day – with Midnite some hours yet to come. (still the 14th). As per Lev 23:5 At the time of Ex.12 (from Gen.1) – ‘even’ meant – that at the point as the residual light of one day closed, being equal to the defused light dissipating of the coming night of the next day – at sundown. This residual light and defused light being ‘even’ – Hence haAverim or between the evens/evenings. The lamb would be killed as the 13th closed and started the 14th (on the 14th). The lamb would then be roasted and the blood applied to the door-posts to be ready for the Midnite passing of the Death Angel (on the 14th). They were to stay in their houses till morning (still the 14th). Then they get the command to leave (still the 14th). They looted the Egyptians (still the 14th). They readied themselves by clans/armies (still the 14th) – Then left Egypt by night as it was turning to the 15th just as Num 33:3 & Deut 16:1 tells it. 1st – the selection of the lamb on Abib 10th (Ex.12:3) kept “until” the 14th (Ex.12:6) H5704 ‛ad – Properly the same as H5703 (used as a preposition, adverb or conjugation; especially with a preposition); asfar (or long, or much) as, … That’s the point – ‘until’ means up to but not including the 14th; the 13th close at ‘even’ is the start of the 14th. So – they were to select the lamb on Abib 10th, keep it ’till’ the 13th BUT “until” the 14th. Ex 12:14 ‘So this *day* (the 14th) shall be to you a memorial; and you shall keep it as a feast to YHWH throughout your generations. You shall keep it as a feast by an everlasting ordinance. To do otherwise is to violate this Torah “everlasting ordinance”! Now let’s reason this out [Isa.1:18] How could the lamb be killed on Abib 14th afternoon – when the Midnite passing of the Death Angel had to be on Midnite the 14th – that precedes that 14th afternoon (3pm by your count) by some 15hrs. How could the Israelites be eating in their homes on the 15th? – when Num 33:3 & Deut 16:1 both say they left Egypt on the 15th by night? – either they were eating or leaving – You can not have it both ways How could the Death Angel pass-over at Midnite Abib 15th?, when – Num 33:3 & Deut 16:1 both say they already left the 15th by night (before midnite)? ; Again You can not have it both ways How could they have stayed in their homes ‘until morning’ Abib 15th? – Num 33:3 & Deut 16:1 both say they already left the 15th by night?; night precedes day – Again You can not have it both ways How could they have looted the Egyptians on the day of the 15th?, when – Num 33:3 & Deut 16:1 both say they already left the 15th by night? ; night precedes day – Again You can not have it both ways How could they have left the Egyptians on the day of the 15th as it went to the night of the 16th?, when – Num 33:3 & Deut 16:1 both say they already left the 15th by night? ; night precedes day – Again You can not have it both ways This should be enough to convince the honest about Passover by Torah being killed and eaten on the even/night beginning of Abib 14th; on the 14th; before the Midnite passing-over of the Death Angel. Just the way Yahshua did it on His last Passover [Lk.22:8 - 20]; by Torah (no surprize there) The point of the Ex.12 Passover was the event. The Midnite passing-over of the Death Angel – Midnite of the 14th is the only date that fits Torah Scripture and the outline accounting of events.
