Aboriginal Fitness Professional introduces another up and coming Fitness Professional Jamaal Warrior a kokatha/ngarrindgeri Man – Warrior of all warriors! Jamaal has recently won a scholarship with the Australian Institute of Fitness to become a qualified Aboriginal Fitness Professional. Jamaal is passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and sharing his passion with others. Jamaal is also an ‘Keep it Corka’ ambassador. Check him out in the Keep It Corka Calender month of April 2013. Jamaal currently keeps healthy with Muay Thai & kickboxing three times a week (mon/wed/fri to be exact), and if that was not enough Jamaal also runs every weekday morning – this is dedication! However on some cold rainy days Jamaal might skip his morning run. Jamaal has won two previous fights interstate and is getting fit for his 3rd fight in a Muay Thai Rules Bout. Good luck Jamaal we will behind you! Next week Jamaal will be starting boxing, MMA (mixed martial arts) and Brazillian Ju-jitsu at Northside Gym, Elizabeth. Jamaal is also a security guard on the weekends for an Adelaide nightclub – keep an eye out for him ;-) Jamaal knows that a big part of being fit and healthy is diet. Jamaal has been focusing on what he eats within the last 8 weeks and including his workout program has gone from 85kg to 77kg. Well Done Jamaal. Jamaal will share his fitness & diet journey with us and we hope within the near future as a qualified Aboriginal Fitness Professional Jamaal will be teaching classes and assisting some of you to live healthier lifestyles. Congratulations Jamaal on all your hard work. Nothing comes easy and you get out what you put in - You are an awesome example of this. You’re a fantastic role model for our community. More on Jamaal coming soon……..
