About 20 minutes ago I went to see if the dog that is tide in the back of the deli in ozone park was still there. The igloo was empty as you can see.. no hay no blanket a tarp covering the igloo. When I pulled up a young guy was entertaining the back and as I walked up he was coming out. I asked him if he knew where the dog went. He said the man got in trouble and the dog was brought inside. He said he wanted to ask the man for the igloo for his dog. I asked him if his dog was outside with no shelter. He said he built him a shelter.. I asked him to take me over and let me see. It was a box...with no insulation no blanket NOTHING! HOW THIS POOR DOG SURVIVED IS BEYOND ME! I AM ON MY WAY BACK TO FAR ROCKAWAY TO GET AN IGLOO AND A BAG OF STRAW...He doesnt want to surrender dog..
