About Agents/Advisors of Rohini, Delhi Branch - Max Life Insurance. 1. Branch Manager of Rohini Branch always tell that agent/advisors are bread earner for us in front of Sales Manager but he treated him like donkeys who earned incentives for him. He respects persons who is performing only till the time advisor is performing. If in case advisor is not performing or unable to meet his minimum standard, Branch Manager started insulting him in front of all people & also asked his sales manager to get agents resignation if he is not meeting minimum standards in 1st or 2nd year of agents tenure in max life. 2. Some times agents were abused in enclosed Cabin in front of sales managers. 3. Sometimes agents were given rotten samosas during GO MEET , as i come to know things are starting improving now credit goes to initiative of Max Life but not Rohini Branch Manager. 4. Agents were not given sufficient time for Learning & asked to do FODd in initial 15 days training module. Also after every training business was asked from advisors so most people either quit or stop coming to office. 5. Language spoken to advisors by Rohini Branch Manager seems to be of illiterate sales person level & not managerial level at all. 6.Threats were given through letters for Termination of agency as soon as you stop putting policies for continuously 3-4 months , THIS IS THE BIGGEST REASON THAT AGENTS LOSSES FAITH & STOP PUTTING POLICIES & REFERRING PEOPLE TO SALES MANAGERS DUE TO WHICH AGENT GOT TERMINATED & THIS IS THE REASON THAT AGENTS WHO HAD JOINED IN LAST 4 YEARS - 80 TO 90% AGENTS ARE NOT IN SYSTEM - I CAN CHALLENGE ANYONE ON THIS DATA. 7. In case of Female Agents there is a big issue which i dont want to say but it is truth that Rohini Branch is not good for female agents to work as there is not neat environment. 8. Last but not the least there are only & may be less then 10% agents in branch out of the total agents strength who are doing major business of the branch so overall agent development is not there as compared to other branches where agents are getting promotions very soon.
