About Movember Pop-Up Heaven Bazaar: Im sure you guys know by now... POP-UP HEAVEN is a bazaar with a difference. We also try and make a difference with our bazaars :) This is because we are not your regular bazaar... Pop Up Heaven is concept driven weekend bazaar where we bring retail, music, learning, and the community together for a weekend of FUN, FUN, and more FUN! Held every 1st and Last weekends at Plaza Damas Fountain Courtyard, its pretty much a platform for entrepreneurs, artisans, and community causes to engage and interact with the general public. This month were going all Movember (the month formally known as November) based on a global event held during November of each year. At the start of Movember guys register with a clean shaven face. The Movember participants known as Mo Bros then have the remainder of the month to grow and groom their Mo (slang for moustache) and along the way raise awareness for mans health issues. While growing a Mo (moustache) is left to the guys, Mo Sistas (ladies who support their guys or love Mos!) form an important part of Movember by recruiting Mo Bros and helping to raise awareness about mans health. The obvious question is why? The answer is because men lack awareness about the very real health issues they face, have an attitude that they have to be tough - a real man and are reluctant to see a doctor about an illness or to go for regular medical checks. The aim of Movember is to change these attitudes, make male health fun by putting the Mo (moustache) back on the face of fashion and in the process raise some serious awareness for mens health issues. So in this months pop-up heaven Bazaar, guys try and grow a mo... for the ladies, we might encourage you to also wear one (fake one laaa ;) Were as always also planning some great fun activities to commemorate the occasion... So lets make this Movember Pop-Up Heaven fuuuun and as always mean something great...
