About a few months ago, I had a lot of plans - new name, new look, new website, new features and the list goes on; well, I pretty much managed to do quite a few of those things. What I didnt account for were external factors - some negative like delays in printing, not being able to understand WordPress basics, late sittings at work; and some quite a few positives - family weddings and get-togethers that cannot compare to a computer screen, spending time with friends that provide the best of distractions. But thats reality and thats what makes life worthwhile, be it positive or negative. Till then welcome to Kays Caramelized Confessions - a new name to start the transition from being a food blogger to being a food writer, maybe a journalist; from focusing on not just writing up recipes, but coming up with new ideas; from not just writing restaurant reviews but to doing menu consultation.
