About a year and half ago I broke up with my ex. She then moved out and live with my parents for that year and had my grandparents babbysit, rent free and also no charge for babbysitting. She currently moved out and have our son in daycare. But I have no access to him, I try to call. I text and I wanted information about where and how my son is doing. Obviously she ignores me for this purpose and only when she felt its right. We have not applied or I have not applied for custody. My main reason is because she will ask for child support and that maybe I would have less time with my son. But what I cannot stand is how she is keeping him away from me when I just wanted to talk to him everyday. Can anybody give me any advice besides custody battles for my own son and that I have athority.
