About half an hour ago I witnessed a grown man yell at the top of his lungs at a toddler, while the mother stood there and did nothing. Not to mention it was in broad daylight. My conscious is bagging me to do something.. Should I call social services ? Or should I leave it.. Its not my business but you could clearly tell it was an abusive situation. In my opinion it wouldnt hurt to get some social services involved, I meant the child clearly didnt deserve that. I was even scared from the yelling. Anyways I wanted some opinions on these kind of situations and who should I call. Thank you.
