About me, digital interaction clarification. I am pretty much someone constantly learning and working. We may call this being busy. Whatever the time of day, whenever I have a bit of free time, I enter an extreme reading-aholic mode. At day, I give private tuitions in a variety of subjects, I teach seminars, when invited I give lectures, I volunteer, at times I supply in Secondary Schools, and I take care of my child, and my Akita. At night, I practice the languages I know as much as I can, I write educational books, I design their illustrations and cover, and I make pseudo artworks and doodlings, I also indulge in poetic snippets and wikipedia article writing, I help collaborative projects by translating, and providing feedback in my area of expertise. I also participate to many projects, like many people on my network. Add piano practice (youre lucky I dont have my other instruments anymore), exercising, cooking, professional liaisons, family matters, helping my former students, and domestic chores. Furthermore, I am not someone who engage much in social activities. Lets call this the I like to be on my own. Kindly bear in mind that I am more of a lone wolf, focused in my little world of ideas, who dont interact much with anyone - this is who I am, and digital media wont change my personality. I received a very sweet message stating that I help people to self-improve and that I have wisdom - it was lovely, really. I am grateful for those words that made me smile, but, I dont think Im wise, and people self-improve by themselves. As we way in France: Aide-toi, le ciel taidera. I can understand the feeling of frustration from people willing to interact with me. I am sorry that some people take my lack of engagement at heart, and let it harm their feelings. But dont, this is just who I am. Not a party girl, no discussions, no long participation to threads, no thread fights, and above all no bs-ing. We have one life and very little time. And I do appreciate the contribution of my fb friends witty, and kind posts, and comments to my inner world. Thank you for understanding.
