About six weeks ago I ordered a Flash Drive wallet via Wal-Mart. A few days later I get an email telling me that my product had arrived at the store and was ready for pickup. Well, it was not actually there or ready. I raised a first-rate ruckus and got a gift card for the cost of my purchase, plus twenty-dollars for my trouble. Turn a page on the calendar Last week I got another email telling me that my product had arrived at the store and was ready for pickup. Because I had already purchased one elsewhere, I ignored it. Yesterday I got two emails. One telling me that “The following items from your Walmart order arrived at the Greenville store but were never claimed during the pickup time. These items have been canceled. A refund will be credited to your original form of payment.” The next detailing the refunds to the gift cards I used to make the original purchase.
