About that glamour of being a flight attendant ...... Last night on our last flight of the trip, about an hour before landing, a customer advised me that he was not on his medication and was having severe suicidal thoughts. Our flight landed without incident at Dulles where the man was met by some very understanding Dulles police who escorted him safely to his mother, waiting in baggage claim. I want to acknowledge my fellow cabin crew members, Paul Zink and Marcelle Costello, for their amazing coordination during that very long hour and support through this event, as well as ORD CA Dan Wallace and FO Steve Troesler, who coordinated with our AA Physician on Call, Dispatch and the local Dulles staff, EMTs and police.
