About the Asiana Accident today. There was speculation that this may have been some computer problem like the BA 777.......but if you notice the angle of impact.....it was way off center - to the right at an angle going from right to left.....so that shows that the plane was not lined up in the center (the winds were very light to cause a crosswind situation). Could pilot fatigue be another possible factor? I think they should look into that - what did they do prior to the flight. Did they have another previous flight? Did they get enough hours off? That is a long trip. When I heard the tower transmission, they did not call mayday but after the crash, they seemed stunned. I wonder.....
