Once you register your phone number, telemarketers covered by the National Do Not Call Registry have up to 31 days from the date you register to stop calling you. How to register: To add your phone number to the National Do Not Call Registry, go to https://donotcall.gov or call 1-888-382-1222 (TTY 1-866-290-4236) toll-free from the phone you wish to register. Registration is free. The Registry is managed by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nations consumer protection agency. It is enforced by the FTC, the Federal Communications Commission (FCC), and state law enforcement officials.
