About time for a long winded Facebook status update ... I cant believe Auckland Anniversary Day 2015 is upon us tomorrow. My life changed in the blink of an eye on this day in 2005... Many times in the past ten years I wish Id been killed in that riding accident because what Ive been through has been nothing short of horrific. Ive certainly learned what true friendship is about and Im a living example of the phrase what doesnt kill you makes you stronger. I sure as hell couldnt go through it all again but the appreciation I have for life cant be bought for any price. Hopefully I dont have too much of a stress out tomo about my 10th anniversary (suck it up princess!) but I must admit that things have been greatly improved since a visit to my neuro specialist back in late November when I was put on a trial course of medication given to people with Parkinsons and other brain degenerative diseases. After 10 years of hell with a head injury the light at the end of the tunnel isnt an oncoming train!! 👍❤️😃 Monika i think you should play a little violin to add some background musuc to this long winded, self indulged status update 🎶🎻❤️
