About twenty years ago my Brother Rudy Carroll and I were working in a tiny shop in Newburg Street. Robin Williams came into the shop and bought some shoes and a tee shirt. We got chatting, then he proceeded to treat us to twenty minutes of the funniest monologues in a variety of accents from scottish to african, we were used to celebs and famous people but HE was different, warm funny and anarchic hilarious a lovely Man RIP Robin.
