About two months ago I started working out at the gym, consistently with a trainer. About 2 weeks ago I changed my diet completely. I cut sugar and processed carbohydrates. Basically a meat, veggies, legumes and nuts diet. Wow! I feel amazing! Its definitely been a mind shift and Ive had to overcome some pretty intense cravings, but Im happy to say, Im loving this new healthy lifestyle! Anyone else taking control of their health?! If you want to do this me, let me know!!! I always love accountability!!!!
