Above the angels wept, Below the demons cried, For a good soul - TopicsExpress

Above the angels wept, Below the demons cried, For a good soul had been lost that day, Somewhere in the divide. For love had lost its splendor, And Faith lost its appeal, The lovers soul surrendered, And now was struck a new deal. Turn the heart of silver, Into one of rock hard stone, Fear not the cold struck shiver, Live now for you alone. Weep not for yourself, Cry not for death been found, Put sadness on the shelf, Seek refuge with the ground. For earth is your dear mother, From her you were made, The father picked your brother, From him you learn the game. Sit down here beside me, Pay you a watchful eye, See how the purple mountains, Reach up into the sky. They seek what you and I do, They seek with him to be, Go there tomorrow? Young son we shall see. For the angels weep above, And the demons cry below, And all the world around us, Waits here for the show. Brother take hand brother, Friend and enemy alike, The loneliness is not refuge, Now you must see the light. The return of our great king, What a sight to see, As souls come from rest, But not this time to see him bleed. This time hell take the throne, Hell close the great divide, Hell heal one and all, Of their loneliness inside. Hell change the heart of stone, Into a purest gold, Hell take from you the shiver, No longer youll be alone. Love will find its glamour, Faith come back at last, Earth our kind mother, Will rest for us at last. Now the angels do not weep, Now the demons silence heard, For the good soul had been found again, The divide now gone from word. --unknown
