Abrahan was not fearful,he was not poor,he was not a cheat! Genesis 14:14 declares and when Abraham heard that his family was taken captive he armed his trained servants born in his house (318 of them) and pursued them unto dan. Born in his house means those he cud trust. He was not sentimental about issues,he was a straight forwad person. All his servants were those trained in his house those he knew well. With his servants he crushed the armies of four nations with the help of his GOD. That tells me my grandfather Abraham was not a crying,self pitying and oppressed calprit! He was a man of courage. Nobody in the Abrahamic family was a coward they were all fighters,waiters,nevr quitters and winners @ last.
