Abs...Abs...Abs So many theories on different ways to train them to get the ideal 6 pack I am a strong believer in there always being more ways than one to achieve the same goals so be open to trying new things. My personal views on building better abs are by mixing it up with lifting weights as well as body weight. So not always doing 100s of reps but sometimes aiming to fail between 8-12 reps by using weight.
